Can't find a product?
 To create an alert, just go to the product you are interested in and click on the "Send me Stock Alert" button. Next, click on the size & color combo you are interested in, hit "Save" & your stock alert notification is complete!

What is the status of my order?

Facebook for this status update. Once your order has shipped, We will send you an email confirmation of your order with the tracking number. All U.S. orders & FedEx International orders will also receive an email providing your tracking number. Please note that International orders shipped via First Class International will not receive a tracking number for your package, and it may take 1-6 weeks to get to you. For our international customers that would like to have tracking information, select the FedEx International shipping option.

How can I expedite my shipping?

If you're too excited to wait for your new MYW apparel, we offer FedEx Express Overnight; just pick that option at checkout. To overnight a package, the order cut-off time is 12PM PCT--if there is an order placed after12PM for overnight delivery, it will have to wait for the following day. Sparkle orders cannot be over-nighted, unless by some miraculous act we have made it already. If you are in desperate need of one, please email us before placing your order to make sure we have it in stock.

Do you have Gift Certificates?

Ah, gift cards, the perfect for-those-moments-we-don't-really-know-what-to-get-our-loved-one gift. Yes, you can send your special someone an E-gift card and allow them to choose what they want...no stress.

How much do you charge for sales tax?

Only orders shipped to Polend addresses will have sales tax applied...bummer for us, good for everyone else.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

The system won't let you order anything that is out of stock. Our stock stays pretty up to date (we count it every couple weeks), but if you encounter an item you really want (and it happens to be in black or magenta), refer to the first question of this section on creating stock alerts.

Can I place my order over the phone?

How will I know that my order was accepted?

After you submit it, you may see fireworks outside your window, but most likely you will receive a confirmation message stating that your order has been accepted…then it's party time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the voice in the back of your head, or your gut, tells you to cancel or tweek your order, Send us a message or call +48 602 - 38 - 79 - 36 immediately after placing your order to make any changes. But do it fast, 'cause we work at lightning speed here, and orders are put together faster than you can say "mama gimme money.” However, there may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, but we will do our best to assist you.
